The No. 1 beam of the crane with the largest lifting capacity in the world, which is dominated by the National Hoisting and Transportation Machinery Testing Center, and the Yantai Labor Safety Testing Station cooperates with the inspection and testing, has successfully completed the type test of various performance parameters, marking the successful trial operation of the crane in Yantai.
The crane, named "Taishan", is located in Yantai Raffles Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and is mainly used for the manufacture of offshore drilling platforms. In order to ensure that the inspection and testing work is foolproof, the technicians inspect and test various parameters and safety performance of its mechanism operation and load test in strict accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations and the type test rules of the crane. The test data of rated load, 1.25 times of static load and 1.1 times of dynamic load, as well as the performance parameters of lifting, lowering and braking, all meet the technical requirements of relevant regulations.
