      On May 9, Weihai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision cooperated with Shandong Provincial Special Equipment Inspection Institute and Liaoning Provincial Safety Science Research Institute to conduct pre-production on two tower cranes TTC10000 imported from Denmark by Weihai Sanjin Shipping Co., Ltd. type test. This is the largest and most advanced tower crane in the world, and there are only two in China.

       On the same day, under the guidance of the safety officer, the inspector climbed up the tower crane and carried out the type test on the mechanical performance and safety accessories performance of the tower crane. According to the relevant procedures, the type test of the crane should have been carried out in Shandong Province and Liaoning Province respectively. Due to the large equipment, some safety accessories should not be disassembled. Considering the particularity of the equipment, in the early stage of the type test work, the Weihai Quality Supervision Bureau actively strived for the relevant policies of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and finally coordinated the national tower type of the Shandong Provincial Special Inspection Institute. The Crane Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the National Construction Hoisting Machinery Quality Inspection Center of the Liaoning Provincial Institute of Safety Science jointly came to the company to carry out the type test of this type of tower crane, which greatly saved the company's time.

       It is reported that the two tower cranes introduced by Weihai Sanjin Shipping Co., Ltd. are originally from Denmark. The highest point of the tower crane is 137 meters from the ground, the main tower is 96 meters high, the arm length is 82 meters, the rated moment is 10,000 tons m, and the maximum load is 240 tons, covering an area of ​​more than 70,000 square meters. The materials, design and overall technical parameters of this type of tower crane are the most advanced in the world. After the two tower cranes are put into operation, the shipbuilding capacity of Sanjin Shipbuilding Industry will be greatly improved, the shipbuilding cycle will be shortened, the company's order volume will be expanded, and it will play an important role in the shipyard's whole ship construction.
